【Abstract】 Accompanied with the quicken process of joining the World Trade Organization of our country day by day, the differences among domestic legislation and the regulation of World Trade Organization should be coordinated the same as soon as possible. In the article the author analyses the shortage on the treatment for the people of a nation in the legislation of the utilization of foreign capital.
