【摘要】 目的　筛选冻干乙脑活疫苗的保护剂。方法　通过优化组合筛选出A、C、D、E、F 5种保护剂配方 ,其中A为现行生产配方作为对照与其他配方进行比较。结果　使用A保护剂的疫苗在 37℃放置 7d和 2 1d ,病毒滴度分别下降 0 .98和 1.6 6LogPFU/ml;使用D、E保护剂的疫苗热稳定性最好 ,在 37℃放置 7d滴度分别下降 0 .19和 0 .0 7LogPFU/ml,2 1d分别下降 0 .42和 0 .39logPFU/ml。结论　D、E保护剂配方为最佳候选配方更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To screen the protective agent of freeze dried live vaccine.Methods Five kinds of protective agents(A,C,D,E and F)were screened out.Of the 5 kinds,A is the current protective agent.In this paper,the rest 4 kinds were compared using it as control.Results The titer of JE vaccine using protective agent A decreased by 0.98 and 1.66LogPFU/ml after being stored at 37℃ for 7d and 21d respectively.The titers of JE vaccine using protective agents D and E decreased by 0.19 and 0.07LogPFU/ml respectively after being stored at 37℃ for 7d.However,after being stored for 21d,the titers decreased by 0.42 and 0.39PFU/ml respectively.Conclusion D and E are the optimum candidate protective agents of JE vaccine.更多还原
