麻疹-乙脑二联活疫苗脑内注射小白鼠的安全性及神经组织病理变化
Safety and Tissue of Intracranial Injection of Live Measles-JE Combined vaccine in Mice
【摘要】 目的 了解麻疹-乙脑二联活疫苗注射小白鼠脑内的安全性及神经组织病理变化。方法 小白鼠 脑内注射二联活疫苗后,观察体征反应和组织病理变化。结果注射后5~9d有个别小鼠发病,11~14d恢复正 常。脑组织病理检查时有轻微病变,7d较明显,21d基本消退;病变以神经细胞变性及炎性细胞浸润为主,病变 分值在V-1,个别达V-2级。上述结果与同批单价乙脑活苗相同,而同批单价麻疹活苗和冻干保护剂却无体征反 应,也无组织病理损伤。结论二联苗注射小白鼠脑内后的体征反应和脑组织病理变化系乙脑14-2株病毒所致。
【Abstract】 Objective To study on the safety and tissue pathological change of mice after being intracranially injected with live measles-JE combined vaccine.Methods After mice were intracranially injected with the combined vaccine, the physical signs and tissue pathological changes of them were observed. Results Individual mouse showed physical signs at the 5th to 9th day after injection and returned to normal at the 11th to 14th day .MIld pathological changes were observed in the brain tissues of a proportion of mice at the 7th day after injection and basically subsided at the 21th day .The pathological changes were mainly marked by the degeneration of nerve cells and infiltration of inflammatory cells,and the score values of them were V-1 in most of the mice and V-2 in individual mouse.The above-mentioned results were identical to those induced by the live univalent JE vaccine of the same lot. However, neither physical sign nor tissue pathological change was observed in the mice injected with the live univalent measles vaccine of the same lot or protective agent.Conclusion The physical signs and brain tissue pathological changes of the mice intracranially injected with live measles-JE combined vaccine were caused by strain 14-2 of JE Virus.
