【摘要】 肠神经节后神经纤维支配了胃粘膜壁细胞、ECL细胞、G细胞和D细胞 ,某些体液因子也可影响后三种内分泌细胞的分泌功能 ,它们相互作用最终调节组织胺的释放 ,从而组织胺、胃泌素、乙酰胆碱、生长抑素共同调节壁细胞的泌酸功能 ,以控制胃内适当的酸度。这些外周调节机制涉及神经、体液、内分泌、旁分泌、自分泌和神经—内分泌等复杂的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eeteric postganglionic nerve fibers dominate Perietal cell,ECL cell,G cell and D cell in the gastric mucosa.Some humoral factors may affect the secretory functions of ECL,G and D cell and interactions of three endocrine cells serve to regulate the release of histamine. Histamine,gasrtin,acetylcholine and somatostatin regulate together the function of acid secrtion of the perietal cell,thereby the gastric acidity is controlled.These peripheral mechanisms include neural,humoral,endocrine,paracrine,autocrine and nerve-endocrine elements.更多还原
