【Abstract】 Proteome is a new research area of the post-genome era. In general proteome analysis includes the protein extracted from the cell ortissue analyzed and then sepatrated by high resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The separated proteins can be identified by the mass spectrometric techniques. Proteome research is one of the most important approaches in the post-genome and has a great prospect of commercial application, and will advance the development of biology.
