酵母SH2产胞外糖蛋白对小鼠免疫功能的影响
Influence of extracellula glycoprotein secreted by yeast strain SH2 on immunologic function in mice
【摘要】 :酵母菌SH2 产细胞外糖蛋白在体内与体外实验中能明显提高正常小鼠NK活性和淋巴细胞转化率以及白细胞数 ;对环磷酰胺所致的免疫受抑小鼠的免疫功能也有恢复作用。显示出酵母菌SH2 产胞外糖蛋白具有免疫调节功能。
【Abstract】 The extracellular glycoprotein (YEGP s)secreted by yeast strain SH 2 can significantly enhance NK activity,Lymphocyt transformation and white blood cell mumbers of normal mice both in vitro and in vivo.It also can reverse the decrease of immunologic function of immunosuppresive micel.These results show that the YGEP s have immunologic function.
