磁场处理蕃茄种子对幼苗CAT、POD酶活性影响
The engymetie activity of tomato seeds with magnetic field treatment
【摘要】 磁场处理蕃茄种子 ,观察种子的发芽率幼苗的过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的变化 ,结果 ,磁场强度在 10 0 0— 2 0 0 0GS范围内 ,种子发芽率最高 ,幼苗的过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶的活性也最高 ;磁场强度高于 30 0 0GS以上时 ,种子发芽率和幼苗酶活性随之降低。
【Abstract】 Atter trealment tomato seeds with magnetic field, observed the germinotian rate. The change of the catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD). The results revealed that the seeds germination rate is highest, the acrivity of the catalaes (CAT) and the perxidase (POD) is highest, when magnetic field is in range 1000-2000GS. The seeds germination rate and the acotivity of (CAT) and (POD) is lower, when magnetie gield intensily is higher than 3000GS.
