热水锅炉炉管爆裂分析
Analysis of Rupture of Hot Water Boiler Tubes
【摘要】 某单位新购进的3台热水锅炉,仅使用一个采暖期就发生了爆管事故。扫描电镜、能谱分析及X一射线衍射物相结构分析表明,炉管内壁的腐蚀产物由 FeO和 Fe3O4构成,炉管外壁的腐蚀产物由 FeO、Fe3O4和Fe2O3构成。分析认为,炉管内壁为氧腐蚀,炉管外壁为过热烟气的高温氧化及脱碳。
【Abstract】 The tubes in 3 new hot water boilers ruptured within only one heating cycle. The testing by SEM,energy spectrum and structure analysis by X-ray diffraction indicated that the corrosion products on the internal surface of the tube were FeO and Fe3O4 and those on the external surface were FeO, Fe3O4 and Fe2O3. The analysis concluded that the internal surface corrosion was caused by oxygen and that of external surface by high-temperature oxidation of superheated flue gas and decarbonization
