【摘要】 山川秀美工程是陕西省实施西部大开发的首场战役。通过对陕西省山川秀美工程建设进展情况的调查 ,明确了陕西省在贯彻落实朱钅容基总理“退耕还林 (草 )”的重要批示中 ,创出了融退耕还林(草 )于综合治理之中 ,走林牧双赢之路等工程建设的好经验。进一步明确了什么是山川秀美 ,以及实施山川秀美工程的总体布局问题。指出了当前山川秀美工程建设中存在的主要问题 ,并提出了有关重要建议更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5,5”BZ] The eco environment rehabilitation project is the first battle for Shaanxi province to carry out a great development in the west of China. With a detail investigation, some new valuable experience are summerized that to turn deep slope cropland into grassland or forest land should be undertaken in a comprehensive management, benefits both from forestry and animal husbandry obtained, erosion control promoted by using a market system and revegetation speeded up on natural regenerative ability. Meanwhile, the major existing problems are discussed and some important suggestion proposed for making policies to accelerate the implementation of the project.更多还原
