超短接触催化裂解过程中的焦炭沉积规律Ⅱ结焦过程的动力学模型
STUDY OF COKE FORMATION ON CATALYST IN HYDROCARBON CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS PROCESS II.KINETIC MODEL FOR COKE FORMATION
【摘要】 本文通过分析馏分油高温短接触催化裂解过程的特点 ,建立了催化剂上结焦失活反应的动力学模型。从该模型出发 ,考察了进料浓度、气固接触时间和反应温度对结焦速率的影响 ,并利用实验数据对模型进行了验证。根据理论分析和实验回归 ,得到了适用于本过程的结焦动力学方程 ,为进一步的研究工作打下了基础。
【Abstract】 A kinetic model for coke formation on the catalysis was established by analysing the features of the process of catalytic pyrolysis of oil under high temperature and ultra short contact time between gas and solids.The model is tested by experiments that examine the effect of feed concentration and operation temperature on the rate of coke formation.Based on theoretic analysis and experimental data,an important equation to further research is formulated specially for this process.
