含醇醚水基钻井液体系的研究与应用

【摘要】 针对传统水基钻井液的特点 ,引入满足环保要求的醇醚化合物替代油类润滑剂 ,并以此建立含醇醚水基钻井液体系。经室内研究和现场应用表明 :该体系具有优良的润滑性 ,良好的井眼清洁能力 ,井壁稳定和抑制能力接近油基钻井液水平 ,无荧光不干扰地质录井 ,储层保护效果好。生物毒性检测结果表明 ,该体系具有环境可接受性。现场应用近 30口井并取得成功。

【Abstract】 A water based drilling fluid system containing alcohol ether is developed on the basis of traditional water based drilling fluid system and an alcohol ether substitutes for a kind of oil type lubricant.Laboratory study and field application show that it can inhibit shale swelling,and has antisloughing wellbore and lubiricity as good as oil based drilling fluids.And also it doesn’t affect geologic logging without fluorecence and has good reservoir bed protection. The determination result of biological toxicity shows it is environmentally acceptable.It has been applied successfully in about 30 wells.
