低温浆态合成甲醇催化剂的失活原因
DEACTIVATION REASON OF CATALYST USED FOR LOW TEMPERATURE METHANOL SYNTHESIS IN SLURRY PHASE
【摘要】 提出了低温液相合成甲醇催化剂失活的主要原因是羰化催化剂甲醇钠的失活。原料中水和二氧化碳对甲醇钠的失活影响小于 3% ,反应中甲醇脱水的影响也不大。甲醇钠失活的主要原因是反应体系中的甲酸甲酯与甲醇钠发生副反应生成了甲酸钠 ,该副反应随反应温度的增加而增加 ,随甲酸甲酯浓度的增大而增大。
【Abstract】 The main deactivation reason of catalyst in low temperature methanol synthesis is that CH 3ONa is transformed to weaker bases such as sodium formate and methyl carbonate. About 3% CH 3ONa tends to deactivate because of acid poisons such as H 2O and CO 2 in feedstock,the effect of methanol dehydration to CH 3ONa deactivation is very light.But the effect of the side reaction for the formation of sodium formate is strong.HCOONa increases with the augmentation of temperature and HCOOMe concentration.In order to decrease the deactivation of the catalyst,the activity of hydrogenolysis of MeF must be increased.
