秸秆覆盖免耕对土壤细菌群落区系的影响

【摘要】 多年连续秸秆覆盖免耕对土壤细菌群落影响很大 ,免耕可提高 0~ 10cm土层土壤细菌总数、放线菌数、棒状细菌数和贫营养细菌数量 ,特别是免耕土壤能使芽孢杆菌数量增多几倍。

【Abstract】 After continuous two\|crop winter wheat and summer corn rotation with no\|tillage for many years, the counts of the total bacteria, bacillus spores, fluorescent pseudomonads, coryneform, actinomyces, oligotrophic bacteria was significantly higher than that in conventional tillage and direct drilling The bacillus spores was increased for many times in no\|tillage 0~10 cm soil depth compared to conventional tillage and direct drilling
