Tb(Ⅲ)、 DTPAA、 PAS三元配合物的合成、表征 及其荧光性质的研究
Synthesis,characterization and fluorescence property of Terbium(Ⅲ )complexd with DTPAA and PAS-Na
【摘要】 用 TbCl3、二乙三胺五乙酸的酸酐(简写为DTPAA)和对氨基水杨酸的钠盐(简写为PAS)在水溶液中制得了Tb3+的三元配合物,并通过元素分析、差热-热重分析、紫外和红外光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命和量子产率对此三元配合物进行了表征
【Abstract】 The three-kind complex is prepared by using TbCI3,DTPAA and PAS-Na in aqueous solution,characterized by elemental analysis,UV spectra and IR spectra. Its luminescent propery is inrestigated by determing fluorescence intensity,fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum yield. So it is possible that the complexis used as fable in fluoresent immunoassags.
