【Abstract】 The three-kind complex is prepared by using TbCI3,DTPAA and PAS-Na in aqueous solution,characterized by elemental analysis,UV spectra and IR spectra. Its luminescent propery is inrestigated by determing fluorescence intensity,fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum yield.
