【摘要】 研究了喷雾干燥及贮藏过程中 ,K88、K99高免蛋黄粉、全蛋粉中抗体效价的变化。试验结果表明 :高免蛋液加入保护剂后 ,采用适宜的喷雾干燥工艺制成高免蛋粉 ,其中的抗体效价基本没有影响 ;在贮藏过程中 ,10～25℃条件下密封避光保藏 ,效价下降很缓慢 ,30℃条件下保藏 ,抗体效价下降迅速 ;攻毒保护试验时 ,用高免蛋粉和相当量的高免蛋液对比 ,效果无明显差异。更多还原
