高免蛋液喷雾干燥对其中抗体的影响

【摘要】 研究了喷雾干燥及贮藏过程中 ,K88、K99高免蛋黄粉、全蛋粉中抗体效价的变化。试验结果表明 :高免蛋液加入保护剂后 ,采用适宜的喷雾干燥工艺制成高免蛋粉 ,其中的抗体效价基本没有影响 ;在贮藏过程中 ,10~25℃条件下密封避光保藏 ,效价下降很缓慢 ,30℃条件下保藏 ,抗体效价下降迅速 ;攻毒保护试验时 ,用高免蛋粉和相当量的高免蛋液对比 ,效果无明显差异。

【Abstract】 The antibody value variations of K88,K99 yolks powder from Hype immunized chickens by spray-drying and complete whole egg powder were studied in the process of spray-drying and preservation The results indicated:the antibody valuehad almost no effect during the egg liquid being turned to egg powder by using suitable spray-drying process after having added protectant to it The egg powder was stored at 10~25℃(in darkness and sealed),the yolks powder and powder antibody value dropped slowly If it was stored at 30℃,the antibody value dropped fast The curative effect between the egg powder and proper-matched egg liquid had no clear differences when they were used to harmful germ attacking and protecting tests
