【摘要】 国家社科基金项目是目前唯一的国家级社会科学研究项目。历年国家社科基金项目申报情况反映了我国社会科学生产力的基本状况。本文通过对 1999年前 5年的申报数据的分析 ,对各学科生产力的总体分布、重要研究领域、重大现实问题、生产力布局的合理性问题进行了深入的研究 ,同时 ,对各省 (自治区、直辖市 )的科研生产力状况也作了深入分析。在此基础上 ,作者提出以现实的科研生产力为基础 ,切实改进国家社会科学基金项目规划和管理工作的意见更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author analyzed the five years declaration dada of the projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSSFC) from 1994 to 1999. He pointed out the general distribution tendency of 21 studies of Social Sciences of China and their generous research branches, important subjects and the reasonableness of this distribution. He analyzed also the situations of all provinces and directs of China in all Social Science research. On basis of this analysis, the author gave some profitable advices to improve the planning and administration of the projects of NSSFC.更多还原
