【摘要】 目的 :以美比欧疤痕平治疗和控制增生性瘢痕是临床工作中经常应用的治疗方法 ,但还缺乏评价疤痕平治疗和控制增生性瘢痕疗效的方法。本文应用B超探测增生性瘢痕的厚度和增生性瘢痕与周围组织的粘连关系 ,拟探讨一种客观、无创的疗效评价方法。方法 :选用符合标准的 2 0 0例患者及 30例单纯应用压力疗法的患者做为对照组。结果 :本组 2 0 0例患者中显效 1 70例 ,有效 30例 ,无效为 0。总有效率1 0 0 %。单纯应用压力疗法的患者显效和有效时间比应用美比欧疤痕平 +压力疗法晚3个月。结论 :B超探测显示全疗程应用美比欧疤痕平后 ,瘢痕的厚度及与周围组织的粘连关系有明显的改善 ,并且感到舒适 ,关节活动柔软度明显加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find an objective and non-injury method for the assessment of the efficacy of MEBO Scar Lotion in treating hyperplastic scar. Method: 200 cases of hyperplastic scar were treated with MEBO Scar Lotion and 30 cases as controls were treated with pressure therapy. B ultrasonic examinations including the thickness of the scar, and the adhesion of the scar to the surrounding tissues were done. Result: 170 out of the 200 cases showed very good therapeutic result and 30 cases were improved. The ineffective rate was 0% and effective rate was 100%. Pressure therapy showed its effect 3 months later than MEBO Scar Lotion plus pressure therapy. Conclusion:B ultrasonic examination showed that after treated with MEBO Scar Lotion, the thickness of the scar and adhesion to the surrounding tissues improved significantly. Patients felt comfortable and the joints were very flexible. [更多还原
