【摘要】 目的 :检测MEBO对家兔内毒素血症血液粘度和TNF -α的影响。方法 :利用LBY -N6型血液粘度计测定在 1 1 5s-1和 1 0s-1切变率下的血液粘度。采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测TNF -α水平。结果 :试验组注射内毒素前后血液粘度相比P >0 0 5。对照组注射内毒素前后血液粘度相比P <0 0 1。内毒素血症TNF -α水平试验组与对照组相比P <0 0 5。结论 :MEBO可改善内毒素血症血液粘度 ,可降低内毒素血症TNF -α水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the effect of MEBO on blood viscosity and TNF-α production in endotoxicemia of rabbit. Methods: Blood viscosity and TNF-α were detected using Type LBY-N6 blood viscometer (with shear rates of 115s -1 and 10s -1 ) and ELISA respectively. Results: There was no difference in blood viscosity between prior to and post endotoxin injections at 1 hr and 2 hr, in the test group (P>0.05), but in control group, the difference was very obvious (P<0.01). There was significant difference in TNF-α level in endotoxicemia between the test group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: MEBO could improve blood viscosity and reduce TNF-α level in endotoxicemia. [更多还原
