【摘要】 目的 :观察MEBT/MEBO对不同面积和深度烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法 :全程采用MEBT/MEBO治疗 1 60例烧伤病人 ,面积 4%～ 92 %TBSA ,伴深Ⅱ度烧伤1 36例 ,伴Ⅲ度烧伤 2 4例。同时根据病情给予抗休克、抗感染、强心、维护胃肠及肾功能等全身综合性治疗。结果 :治愈 1 56例 ,死亡 4例 ,总治愈率 98 7%;深Ⅱ度创面治愈后无疤痕 ,浅Ⅲ度无功能障碍 ,小面积深Ⅲ度创面也无需植皮。结论 :MEBT/MEBO对各种面积和深度烧伤均有很好的治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating different area and different depth of burn. Methods: 160 cases of burn were treated in the whole treating course with MEBT/MEBO. Burn area: 4 - 92%TBSA. 136 cases had deep second degree burn and 24 cases had third degree burn. Systemic treatment including anti-shock, anti-infection, cardio-tonic and gastrointestinal and renal function protective measures were taken. Results: 156 cases cured and 4 cases died. Total curative rate was 98.7%. Deep second degree burn wounds healed without scar formation, superficial third degree burn healed without dysfunction and small area third degree burn wounds healed with no need of skin grafting. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has very good efficacy in treating burn of different area and depth.[更多还原
