【摘要】 目的 :观察MEBO(含 1 0 0 %MEBO ,以下简称MEBO)对烧伤感染常见细菌如变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用。方法 :将上述细菌接种在普通琼脂培养基上 ,并在接种的细菌表面涂一层MEBO ,置 37℃ ,2 0h~ 2 2h观察。结果 :MEBO使上述细菌的形态结构发生变异。与在含 2 5%MEBO和含 50 %MEBO的培养基上细菌形态变异现象相比较 ,无论在细菌形态变异出现的时间和形态变异的特点都有明显统计学差异。结论 :MEBO具有较强的抗感染作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of 100%MEBO (MEBO) on common bacteria such as proteus, escherichia coli, ps.aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus. Methods: The above stated bacteria were cultured in agar medium and then a layer of MEBO was applied on the bacteria. After incubated for 20 to 22 hr, the bacteria were examined. Results: MEBO could induce morphological and structural variation of the bacteria. Compared with the results of the same bacteria cultured on 25% MEBO and 50% MEBO media, the difference in appearing time of variation and variation characteristics was significant. Conclusion: MEBO has relatively strong anti-infection effect.
