【Abstract】 This paper deals with the possibility of crystalling and separating sorbitol from the aqueous solution by ethanol.It is proved that ethanol is effective for separating sorbitol from the aqueous solution.The experimental result can be described by the equation f=k ln (v/v c) for lager scope.The production purity of this method is high and consume of energy is little.更多还原
