【Abstract】 An analytical method for the determination of eritadenine using paper electrophoresis was reported.The nucleotides,which interfered with the method,can be separated effectively.The rate of recovery of this method was 89%,and the relative standard deviation was 5%.Using this method,the content of eritadenine in Lentinus edodes and the other edible fungi was reported.\;更多还原
