容量法快速测定乙酰磺胺酸钾中的钾含量

【摘要】 首次报道了利用四苯硼钠容量法快速测定乙酰磺胺酸钾中的钾含量。该方法以 AOAC公定分析方法 [3]中“肥料中钾含量测定的方法”为基础 ,结合乙酰磺胺酸钾的物性 ,通过实践做出改进 ,使之成为操作简便 ,测定周期短 ,所用试剂种类及用量少 ,滴定终点易观察 ,准确度高 ,重复性好的方法 ,非常适用于日常检测。用该法测定低、中、高三个不同浓度添加量的回收率分别在 99.5%～ 1 0 0 .5%;对同一样品不同时间测定的标准偏差 S=0 .0 58,变异系数CV%=0 .30 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The determining of potassium contents of acesulf K by volumetric sodium tetraphenylborate method was described.This method based on AOAC’s “Potassium in Fertilizers,Volumetric Sodium Tetraphenylborate Method I”.In the light of the physichemical properties of Acesulf K,We improved the method and made it easy to operate.Compared to the original method,it was faster、cheaper、accuater and fitted for daily testing.The recovery ranges were 99 5%～100.5% for also higher and lower potassium contents.The standard deviation and RSD were 0 058,0 30%.更多还原
