【Abstract】 An experimental microwave device for catalyzing alcoholic liquor was established.This device could reduce the storage period of alcoholic liquor.The technological process and control parameters of microwave catalyzing alcoholic liquor were confirmed,and the effect of the design of an energy exchanger in this device on catalyzing alcoholic liquor was studied, the possible part of microwave leakage and the precaution step of microwave leakage were also discussed.更多还原
