【Abstract】 The hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of water extract and glycyrrhizin extracted was evaluated in vetro.The results obtained showed that licorice water extract (the concentration of glycyrrhizin =1.53 mg/ml)had the higher ability to scavenge hydrixyl-radical than the solution of glycyrrhizin isolated (the concentration of glycyrrhizin =1.53 mg/ml).Their hydroxyl-radical scavenging activity was much higher than the solution of the same concentratione Vc.更多还原
