红曲色素组分分离的研究

【摘要】 用高效液相色谱分析经各种有机溶剂萃取的红曲色素样品溶液 ,分离得到 2 0余种组分 ,研究结果证明除存在 6种脂溶性色素组以外 ,还存在红色的各种水溶性色素成分 ,通过红外光谱分析对水溶性组分化学结果进行了初步探讨

【Abstract】 Monascin sample solution was extracted by various organic solvents and the extracts were then analysed by high performance liquid chromatography.More than twenty components were finded and isolated.This study demonstrated that some water-soluble red pigments existed in the extracts besides the six main fat-soluble pigments.Water-soluble red pigments of HPLC fraction were collected and chemical structures of these components were investigated with infrared spectrometry.
