【摘要】 1目的　探讨上腹部手术前后病人血脂的变化特点及其对机体的影响。 2方法　对 131例上腹部手术 (原发性肝癌肝切除术 83例 ,胃大部切除术 48例 )病人围手术期血脂变化进行动态监测。 3结果　上腹部手术后病人血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白 B均明显下降 (t=3.486～ 8.471,P<0 .0 1) ,原发性肝癌肝切除术后有并发症者血清总胆固醇及载脂蛋白 B水平较无并发症者低 (t=2 .112～ 4.0 2 6 ,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。 4结论　上腹部手术后血脂代谢紊乱有可能增加术后并发症 ,影响病人术后顺利康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the dynamic changing characteristics of blood lipid in patient before and after operation and effects on the body.\ Methods\ Blood lipid was respectively determined in 131 cases before and after epigastric operation (83 hepatectomies for primary liver cancer and 48 gastrectomies for gastrosis).\ Results\ The levels of serum triglyceride, serum total cholesterol and lipoprotein B in patients after operations were all obviously lower than those before operations ( t=3.486-8.471,P < 0.001). The decrease of total cholesterol and lipoprotein B was more obvious in postoporative primary liver cancer patients with complications than that in patients without compliations ( t=2.112-4.026,P <0.05,0.01).\ Conclusion\ The abnormality of blood lipid metabolism might increase the incidence of postoperative complication and is adverse to patients recovery.
