【摘要】 1目的　探讨类风湿关节炎 (RA)与白细胞介素 - 1β(IL- 1β)的关系。 2方法　用 EL ISA法检测 2 0例无贫血 RA病人和 12例伴贫血 RA病人血清可溶性 IL- 1β(s IL- 1β)水平 ,并与 7例正常人进行比较。 3结果　 RA病人血清 s IL- 1β水平较正常对照组明显升高 (t=2 .39,2 .6 4,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;且伴贫血 RA病人血清 s IL- 1β水平较无贫血 RA病人亦明显升高 ,差异有显著性 (t=3.2 8,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论　 RA病人血清 IL- 1β水平升高可能与RA发生贫血有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and serum sIL 1β.\ Methods Using ELISA method to observe serum sIL 1β in 20 cases RA patients and 12 cases RA patients with anemia, and compeared with control group(7 cases).\ Results\ Serum sIL 1β in RA patients and in RA with anemia was signicantly higher than that of the control group( t=2.39,2.64,P <0.05,0.01),and sIL 1β in RA patients with anemia was signicantly higher than that of RA group without anemia( t=3.28,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ High serum sIL 1β level in RA patients might be related to the anemia of RA.更多还原
