糖尿病性血管病变与血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白及细胞间黏附分子-1水平变化的关系
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DIABETIC ANGIOPATHY AND CHANGES OF PLASMA OXIDIZED LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN AND SOLUBLE INTERCELLULAR ADHESION MOLECULE 1
【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病性血管病变与血浆低密度脂蛋白 (OX- L DL )及可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)水平变化的关系。 2方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA) ,检测了 6 0例 2型糖尿病 (NIDDM)病人和48例健康人血浆 OX- L DL和 s ICAM- 1水平变化。 3结果 NIDDM病人血浆 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t=13.0 0 0 ,2 1.2 94,P<0 .0 0 1) ;且有血管病变者 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平明显高于无血管病变者 (t=7.0 2 1,11.2 0 3,P<0 .0 0 1)。 NIDDM病人血浆 OX- L DL与 s ICAM- 1呈正相关 (r=0 .774,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 糖尿病性血管病变的发生与血浆 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平增高有密切关系
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the diabetic angiopathy and the plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX LDL) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1).\ Methods\ The changes of OX LDL,sICAM 1 level were measured in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and 48 healthy subjects by ELISA technic.\ Results The OX LDL, sICAM 1 levels were significantly higher in NIDDM patients than those in the controls( t=13.000,21.294, P < 0.001 ), and the increase of OX LDL, sICAM 1 was more obvious in patients with angiopathy than those without angiopathy( t= 7.021 , 11.203, P <0.001). In NIDDM patients, the OX LDL was positively correlated with sICAM 1( r=0.774, P < 0.001 ). Conclusion \ Diabetic angiopathy was closely related to the increase of OX LDL and sICAM 1 levels.
