【摘要】 1目的　对不同方式手术治疗骨巨细胞瘤的效果进行评价分析。 2方法　复习用分级手术方案治疗的 84例骨巨细胞瘤病人的临床和随访资料 ,对不同方式手术后肿瘤复发、转移及病人死亡情况进行对比分析。 3结果　刮除术后复发率明显高于瘤块切除术 (χ2 =4.734 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,而转移率和病死率在 3种手术之间差异无显著性 (P=0 .40 )。瘤块切除术后局部炎症反应发生率明显高于刮除术 (χ2 =4.2 76 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论　根据骨巨细胞瘤病人的临床、X线、组织病理的不同特征及实验室检查结果制订分级手术方案 ,可降低术后复发率、转移率和病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate and discuss the effect of different operation methods in the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone.\ Methods\ From reviewing the medical records and follow up data of 84 cases treated with step operation methods,the recurrance rate, the metastasis rate and the death rate were statistically analysed.\ Results\ The recurrance rate of patients treated with curttage was significantly higher than that treated with local excision ( χ 2=4.734, P <0.05), but the metastasis rate and the death rate of three kinds of operations methods were not signifcantly different ( P =0.40). The complication occured in the operation area of patients treated with local excision was significantly higher than that with curttage and amputation ( χ 2=4.276, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ The step operation methods, based on clinical, radiological, histological and experintal data, may minimize the recurrance rate, metastasis rate, the death rate and enhance the survival rate and the quality of life.
