【Abstract】 The key of life jurisprudence(law) is the theory of regulation in the law for relationship of life.Modern life jurisprudence is used to regulate social relationship of life science.It is not only related to the definition and acknowledgment of the rights of life and death,but also protects and regulates the using of these rights. The purpose of establishing life jurisprudence is to ensure proper practice and enjoyment of the rights of life and death including its regulation and restriction function as well as to inhibit and punish any illegal activity.更多还原
