【摘要】 为了扩大消费需求 ,刺激经济增长 ,国家采取了一系列的消费政策 ,包括降息、扩大投资和涨薪等 ,但政策效果差强人意。针对这些问题应根据消费需求结构调整产业结构 ,启动农村消费市场 ,建立完善的社会保障体系等 ,以期能从根本上消除导致居民消费不振的因素 ,达到扩大消费的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to increase demand for consumption and stimulate economic growth,Chinese government has adopted a set of consumption policies,including lowering rates,extending investment and increasing wages. However, they have taken little effect. In view of this situation,many measures have been taken such as adjusting industrial structure according to the structure of consumption demand,starting up country consumption market, and establishing a perfect social security system, in the hope that they can eliminate the unfavorable elements that lead to weak consumption, and increase consumption demand.更多还原
