煤工尘肺患者血中一氧化氮自由基含量的改变

【摘要】 目的 探讨一氧化氮等自由基与煤工尘肺发生发展的关系。方法 系统测定 16 3例不同期别煤工尘肺患者(0 + →Ⅰ→Ⅱ→Ⅲ )及 40例健康对照者血清一氧化氮 (NO)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)、总巯基 (T SH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶同功酶 (SODs)活性。结果 与对照组相比 ,各期别煤工尘肺机体血清NO含量、LPO水平均显著升高 ,而总巯基含量则显著下降 ,血清总SOD活性亦呈代偿性增加 ,且表现为MnSOD活性的显著增加。结论 煤工尘肺发生过程中体内一氧化氮及氧自由基反应呈病理性加剧 ,氧化 /抗氧化状态严重失衡。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between free radicals,such as nitric oxide,and pathogenesis and development of coal workers pneumoconiosis(CWP).Methods Serum levels of nitric oxide(NO),lipid peroxide(LPO)and total mercapto group(T SH),as well as activity of isoenzymes of superoxide dismutase(SODs),were determined for 163 cases of CWP at varied stages(from 0 + to Ⅲ)and 40 healthy controls.Results As compared with those in healthy controls,serum levels of NO and LPO increased significantly,serum T SH decreased significantly and serum activity of total SODs increased compensatorily with significant increase in manganese containing SOD in patients with CWP.Conclusion In the pathogenesis of CWP,reaction of nitric oxide with other oxygen free radicals exacerbated pathologically,causing serious imbalance in oxidation and anti oxidation in the body.
