胡芦巴对急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨胡芦巴对急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用及其机理。方法 采用四氯化碳和D 氨基半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的模型 ,染毒前不同时间、不同剂量给药对小鼠肝功能指标ALT和AST的影响 ,同时观察脂质过氧化水平。结果 胡芦巴有效地抑制CCl4 和D 氨基半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的血清ALT和AST的升高 ,并呈现良好的剂量 效应关系 ;不同治疗时间、每日给药次数对疗效有很大影响 ,每日 3次给药 ,治疗 3天以上效果较好 ;给药后 ,肝脏MDA水平降低 ,GSH Px升高 ,呈现剂量 反应关系 ,以上各指标与对照组 (不给药组 )均有显著性差异。结论 胡芦巴提取物能有效地保护小鼠急性化学性肝损伤 ,其机理可能是抑制脂质过氧化 ,增加GSH Px酶活力而发生作用

【Abstract】 Objective To study protective effect of fenugreek seed(Trigonella foenum graecum L.)against acute chemical liver injury and its mechanism.Methods An animal model with acute liver injury was reproduced by carbon tetrachloride and D chondrosamine in mice.Liver function indicators,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),were determined in mice with different chemical dose at varied time periods,as well as level of lipid peroxide.Results Increase in serum ALT and AST in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride and D chondrosamine could be inhibited by fenugreek seed,with a good dose response pattern.Therapeutic effect was based on period of treatment and times of drug administration,with better result in those with a daily dose dividing into three times for three days.Liver MDA level reduced and GSH Px increased after treatment with a dose response pattern.There was significant difference in all indicators mentioned above between them and controls.Conclusion It suggests that the extract from fenugreek seed can protect mice from acute chemical liver injury with its mechanism of inhibiting lipid peroxide and increasing activity of GSH Px.
