捕食线虫真菌的分布

【摘要】 采集思茅五个土壤剖面不同深层的土样 ,采集茶园、桔子园和剖面附近的表土 ,从中分离和鉴定捕食线虫真菌 ,统计检出率 ,结果是 :有枯枝落叶层和较厚腐殖质的土壤剖面 ,捕食线虫真菌分布较深 ,10 0cm深层土中仍有分布 ,比 10 0cm更深层土中无分布 ;弯孢节丛孢 (Arthrobotrysmusiformis)、少孢节丛孢少孢变种 (A .oligosporavar.oligospora)、坚粘孢单顶孢 (Monacrosporiumhaptotylum)、奇妙单项孢 (M .thaumasium)是思茅土壤中的常见种 ;从思茅的土壤中还分离出贵州节丛孢 (A .guizhouense)和多头节丛孢 (A .polycephala) ;杂树林中弯孢节丛孢不是优势种

【Abstract】 To collect five Simao soil samples from different deep soil cross-sections and from soil sections in which predatory fungi can be isolated and identified.In addition,to collect surface soil from the Tea Garden the Orange Garden or nearby surface soil.The statistics examination shows that predatory fungi is widely dispersed among soil sections where withered branches,dried leaves and deeper humus are predominant.This predatory fungi is found at or above a soil depth of loocm,but not below this depth.Arthrobotrys musiformis,A.oligospora var.oligospora,Monacrosporium haptotylum,M.thaumasium can be easily found in Simao soil.From the Simao soil A.guizhouenseand A.polycephala can be dispersed,but A musiformis is not the dominant specise in the mixed tree stands.
