【Abstract】 The chromosomal number,chromosomal form and structure,karyotype and sex chromosome components of Argiope Amoenawere reported.The mitosic metaphase of the embryo cells were observed in this experiment.The results show that the chro- mosomal number of somatic cell of the female spider is2 n=2 6and thatof the male spi- der is2 n=2 4 .Sex-determination mechanism is XXO type.更多还原
