导入小麦DNA的水稻变异系抗逆生理研究

【摘要】 导入小麦 DNA的水稻品种洛伊的三个 F4 代变异系 MD1 1 - 2、MD2 0 - 4和 MD1 8- 4,其寒、旱抗性的相关生理性状有明显差异 ,且与 DNA供体和受体 (亲本 )的明显不同 .在 4℃低温时 ,MD1 1 - 2和 MD1 8- 4和亲本细胞膜透性没明显变化 ,MD2 0 - 4的细胞膜透性则增大 ;在脱水过程中 ,三个变异系的电导率曲线的转折变化与洛伊相似 ,但其值均比它高 .在低温下 ,MD2 0 - 4和 MD1 8- 4的游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量的变化模式基本相似 ,而与 MD1 1 - 2的变化有些不同 ;但在脱水条件下 ,三者的游离氨基酸含量变化均有差别 ;MD2 0 - 4和 MD1 8- 4的可溶性糖含量变化相似 ,且均比 MD1 1 - 2的高 .在低温下 ,三个变异系的脯氨酸含量的升降变化差别较大 ;在脱水条件下的差别较小 .结果表明 ,用导入外源 DNA改良水稻的抗寒性和抗旱性有一定效果 ,但要注意变异系之间的差异 .

【Abstract】 By introducing DNA of T acstivum L Yangmai 5 into rice Luoyi, 3 variation lines were screened The results in this experiment showed that their physiological characters relating to cold and drought resistance had distinct differences with one another and with their parents (DNA donor and receptor) and under different conditions of stress, low temperature or drought With low temperature of 4 ℃, the permeability of cell membrane of MD11 2, MD 18 4 and their parents had no evident changes, but that of MD20 4 increased; during drought stress the values of electrical conductivity of 3 lines were all higher than that of DNA receptor Luoyi, but also turned from abrupt rising to slow climbing at 2 d of treatment With low temperature, the contents of free amino acids (FAA) and soluble sugars of MD20 4 and MD18 4 showed the same changes in the main and somewhat different with that of MD 11 2; while with drought the changes of contents of FAA were different among 3 lines, the changes of soluble sugars of MD20 4 and MD18 4 were alike with each other but obviously higher than that of MD11 2 The up down changes of proline contents were clearly distinct among 3 lines under low temperature but slightly different under drought stress The results above suggested introducing exogenous DNA will be effective to improve cold and drought resistance of rice.
