【Abstract】 Calcineurin(CaN) is one of the protein phosphatases. It is the effective and regulative enzyme in cell signal transduction and plays significant roles in Ca~2+ signal trajnsduction system especially. Meanwhile, CaN is the typical Ca2+/CaM dependent and regulated enzyme. CaN takes part in several important cell processes, including its participate in learning and memory process, in the Alzheimer’s disease, and its important function in the T cell activation pathway and the apoptosis.更多还原
