【摘要】 农村改革存在的路径是扩大农民自主权。从经济社会系统理论的角度看 ,“扩大自主权”这一基层进化的经验经由系统的作用而使系统转换具有路径依赖性 ,并以路径效应———政府与农民的互动———拓展积聚了由农民个体自主权扩增而达致的农村社会整体发展效应。现实地看 ,这一路径必将成为实现农村、农业、农民现代化最动态的增效源泉更多还原

【Abstract】 To enlarge peasants’decision-making power may be concluded as the existing path of the reform,if we review the institutional change and the great performance of the reform these 20 years in rural areas,together with the household responsibility system,township and village enterprises and village autonomy as the main clue.From the angle of the economical society system,decision-making power enlargement,the experience developed from basic level,make the transformation of system have the characteristic of “path dependence”.Moreover,it is through the path effect that the whole development effect of the rural society is heightened.Realistically speaking,this path is bound to be the most active source for the realization of the “san-nong”modernization,i.e.,the modernization of agriculture,villages and peasants (nong ye,nong cun and nong min).更多还原
