【摘要】 国民党政府的对日索赔问题从政策制订、具体实施到最后结局都受到美国亚洲政策 ,尤其是美国对日政策转变的严重影响。美国对日政策由惩罚转向扶持 ,为此 ,大幅度地削减日本战争赔偿额度。国民党政府受此政策走势的制约 ,对日索赔政策一步步削弱 ,最后放弃日本战争赔偿。假若离开美国的影响 ,国民党政府的对日索赔肯定不会是今天这个结局更多还原

【Abstract】 The Kuomintang Government is seriously influenced by the US_Asia policy,especially the changes of the US to Japan policy about the claim indemnity from Japan,including its policy making,action and ending.To Japan,the US abopts a series of measures,from punishment to support,therefore to cut down the war indemnity amount by a wide margin .Restricted by this policy,the Kuomintang Government cut down the indemnity gradually and finally gave it up.If not influenced by the U.S.the kuomintang Government will not be such that about the claim indemnity from Japan.更多还原
