【Abstract】 The paper is discussed from two points of view. The first, from the point of view of phonetic symbol, palatalized consonant can’t be compounded until a gets J. There are two ways to get J, one is from i of French when it is read [j] before a vowel letter, a vowel letter cluster and r syllable; the other is from [j] of -ure [j] of English. The second, from the point of letter, the meeting between which consonant and vowel letters defined can form a palatalized consonant. There are two concepts between a consonant and vowel and a consonant letter and vowel letter.
