【Abstract】 The toxicity of Cd2+ ’Pb2+ and Cu2+ to tetrahymena pyrifomis was studied. the results showed that the 24 h EC50 of Cd2+ 、Pb2+、Cu2+ to tetrahvmena pyrifomis was0. 41 mg. L- 1, 1. 88 mg· L- 1 and 3. 48 mg· L-1, respectively, the 48 h EC50of Cd2+ 、Pb2+ 、Cu2+ to them were 0. 20 mg· L- 1, 1. 08 mg·L- 1, 1. 12 mg· L- 1, respectively. The Cd2+ 、 Pb2+ 、 Cu2+ exhibited fairly strong inhibition to population growth of tetrahymena pyrifomis. They are the most sensitive to Cd2+ in their environment.更多还原
