【摘要】 暴雨或径流这样的水文现象总是表现为多变量事件， 因此本文以暴雨和洪水为例， 采用风险分析的方法，探讨了多因素影响下的防洪计算问题． 所建议的方法综合考虑了暴雨和洪水可能不同频率这一普遍现象， 为现有水文资料情况下， 合理估算防洪风险， 及确定设计洪水提供了一条更符合实际的有效途径更多还原
