玻纤增强聚酰亚胺模塑料生产新工艺
New Technology for Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyimide Moulding Compound
【摘要】 为解决短切玻璃纤维与基体树脂结合的均匀性问题 ,用薄膜镶嵌法制备了短切玻璃纤维增强聚酰亚胺PIGF -3和PIGF -9。研究结果表明 ,该复合材料不仅具有优良的耐热性 ,而且还具有优异的力学性能 ,2 5 0℃时弯曲强度≥ 2 0 0MPa。PIGF -3、PIGF -9被广泛用做各种复杂尺寸的高性能制件。
【Abstract】 s To make chopped glass fiber mixed uniformly with matrix resin,chopped glass fiber reinforced polyimide PIGF-3 and PIGF-9 were made by means of mosaic film.The results showed the prepared compound had excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties,the bending strenth at 250℃ was ≥200MPa.PIGF-3 and PIGF-9 could be widely applied to the making of high performance and complex parts.
