红磷阻燃剂中微量铁去除的工业化试验
Pilot Test for Trace Ferrite Removal in Red Phosphorus Fire-retardant
【摘要】 通过加入助剂 ,采用双级逆流串联流程 ,对工业赤磷除铁进行了工业试验研究。讨论了影响除铁效果的主要因素 ,选择出除铁工艺条件为 :反应温度 85~ 90℃ ,单级反应时间 4 5~ 5 5h ,助剂比例 1∶12 0 0 ,在此条件下 ,铁的去除率达到 97%以上 ,赤磷中含铁量降至 0 0 1%以下。所选择的工艺具有简单可靠 ,成本低 ,投资省等特点。
【Abstract】 s In this paper,the pilot test for trace ferrite removal in red phosphorus fire-retardant was studied by means of adding additive agent M,and the effective factor in the process was discussed.The selected process parameters were as follows:single-state reaction time 4.5~5.5h;reaction temperatre 85~90℃;additive agent composition 1/1200.Under the above mentioned conditions,the removal ratio for ferrite was more than 97%.The ferrite content in the fire-retardant was lss than 0.01%.The selected process was characterized by simple and reliable,low in cost and investment.
