热接枝法MEPDM对尼龙66的增韧行为

【摘要】 采用无自由基引发剂的热接枝法制备了马来酸酐 (MAH)接枝的EPDM (MEPDM ) ,研究了接枝温度、MAH含量等接枝工艺对尼龙 66/MEPDM合金增韧效果的影响 ,发现MEPDM的含量为 12 %~ 2 0 % (质量 )时合金体系出现了脆韧转变 ,2 0 %MEPDM含量时合金的缺口冲击强度达到 92kJ/m2 。通过DSC和SEM分析证实了尼龙 66/MEPDM是相容体系 ,MEPDM在尼龙基体中分散均匀 ,分散相平均粒径在 0 .3μm左右。

【Abstract】 s The high temperature grafting of EPDM with maleic anhydride without peroxide initiating agent and the compatibility and toughness effects of grafted EPDM(MEPDM) on Nylon 66 are discribed in this paper.The results showed the grafting temperature and maleic anhydried were important factors which had effects on the toughness of Nyoln 66/MEPDM blend,tough-brittle transition of the blend occurd when MEPDM fraction was 12%~20%,and the notched impact strength of the blend came up to 92kJ/m~2when MEPDM fraction was 20%.It was found the blend was a compatible system,the rubber phase distributed uniformly in nyoln matrix and rubber particle size was less than 0.3μm by means of DSC and SEM.
