以苯胺、二苯醚为基础的的苯并噁嗪预聚物的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Benzoxazine Precusors Based on Diphenyl Oxide Resin and Aniline
【摘要】 以苯胺、甲醛、苯酚和二苯醚为原料 ,合成了一种新的苯并嗪二苯醚树脂预聚体 ,详细研究了反应的条件 ,利用IR、NMR对产物的结构进行了表征 ,用DSC、TG研究了产物的固化行为和热稳定性。结果表明 ,合成产物与预设产物一致。该聚合物质量损失 5 %的温度是 3 99℃。
【Abstract】 s A novel benzoxazine precursor was synthesized by reaction of diphenyl oxide resin,phenol,formaldehyde and aniline.The reaction conditions were studied in detail and the synthesized products were characterized by IR and NMR.The curing behavior and thermal stability of the products were investigated by DSC and TG.The results showed that the synthesized product conformed to designed product,and that the temperature with 5 Wt% loss of resin was 399℃
