Iniferter BDC的合成及引发St、MMA光聚合
Synthesis of Benzyl N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate and Photopolymerization of Styrene and Methyl Methacrylate with BDC as Iniferter
【摘要】 合成N ,N’ 二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸苄酯 (BDC)。以BDC作为iniferter引发St、MMA光聚合 ,单体St和MMA的转化率随光照时间的增加而增加 ,但没有呈现出线性关系 ,此外 ,反应环境温度高 ,单体转化率增加 ;PS和PMMA的粘均分子量则随光照时间的增加而呈现线性增加的关系 ;所得聚合物的分子量分布较宽 ;iniferterBDC可以进行分子设计 ,合成P(St b MMA)嵌段共聚物 ,表现为“准活性聚合”或“活性”自由基聚合。
【Abstract】 s Benzyl N,N diethyldithiocarbamate (BDC)was synthesized.Whats more,it was found the degree of replacement reaction increased with the raise of reaction time and temperature.Characteristics of Photopolymerization of St and MMA with BDC as iniferter wre investigated.It aws indicated,conversion of St or MMA increased with the extension of photopolymerizing time,but not taking on linear relation,in addition,the conversion was raised with the enhancement of ambient temperature.Viscosity average molecular weight(M η)increased linerly with the conversion;Poly(styrene b methyl methalacrylate) was syntheized by using BDC as iniferter;Polydispersity of PS or PMMAwas wide.So photopolymerization of St or MMAwith BDC as iniferter could be onle called “living”radical polymerization.
