纳米级CaCO3填充PVC/CPE复合材料研究

【摘要】 探讨了纳米级CaCO3 粒子增韧增强PVC/CPE 基理,研究了纳米级CaCO3 与轻质CaCO3 用量对PVC/CPE 体系力学性能的影响。结果表明:纳米级CaCO3 用量为5 % ~12 % 时体系拉伸强度,冲击强度都有明显提高,起到了增韧、增强的双重效果。轻质CaCO3 填充PVC/CPE 体系基本未见增韧效果,同时,随着轻质CaCO3 用量的增加,体系的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率明显降低。

【Abstract】 s In this paper the toughening mechanism of PVC/CPE filled with Nano CaCO 3 and the effects of nano CaCO 3and light CaCO 3contents on properties of PVC/CPE were studied. The results showed PVC/CPE/CaCO 3had excellent notched impact strength and tensile strength when nano CaCO 3content was 5%~12%. Light CaCO 3had no obvious toughening effect on PVC/CPE, but made the tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC/CPE decreased greatly.
