【Abstract】 Taken the casing failure as top event, the fault tree was established in the paper. By qualitative analysis, the minimum cut sets were obtained. The casing failure is latent damage, collapse, fracture and serious corrosion, finally the paper presents some measures of improving reliability of the casing.更多还原
